This is the continuing history of The Twins, located in the Local Ybor Historic District. These Folk Victorian cottages were relocated from Historic Ybor to Vicente Martinez Ybor (a.k.a V.M. Ybor) in 2014, and were put up for bid through the City of Tampa.

After successfully winning the bid, Kelly and Tarry of The Grimsdale Group, spent approximately 3 years to completely restore "Twin 1" (the one to the right), and are in the process of restoring "Twin 2".
